Common Brunella, sometimes called Comfrey or Sloe, is a plant native to Europe. It is well known worldwide for its medicinal properties: its thorn, Xia ku cao in Chinese, is particularly recommended for its benefits on the respiratory sphere.
Indeed, it eliminates toxins from the body and effectively relieves the manifestations of cold stroke. In TCM, it eliminates excess heat in order to soothe headaches and irritated eyes and it purifies the respiratory tract in order to encourage the expectoration of mucus.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Warnings
Do not use concomitantly with contraceptives.
