Chrysanthemum Flower - Ju hua (Hang)

Cultivated in China for over two thousand years, the Chrysanthemum is symbolic of eternity in many Asian countries. The buds of its flowers, Ju hua in Chinese, are used by the TCM to relieve the eye sensitivities.

Indeed, Ju hua has soothing properties that make it a solution for relief of eye ailments. By clarifying the Heat, it soothes irritated and tired eyes while relieving mild vision problems. The buttons of Chrysanthemum constitute thus an ideal ally to find the comfort of the eyes.

Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
