Capillary wormwood - Yin chen hao

Capillary wormwood is a plant widely spread in Asia and Europe. This plant is highly appreciated by Chinese pharmacopoeia, the Capillary wormwood, or Yin chen hao, had been mentioned in the first books by TCM that advertised its benefits for the liver and digestion.

Indeed, Yin chen hao has extremely interesting hepato-protective properties : it promotes a proper functioning of the liver, controls the production of toxins and boosts the draining out of lipids to soothe the human body in case of absorption of an excess of fat. So it is recommended to people who overheat fatty meat and suffer from liver.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
