Small-leafed knotweed - Yuan zhi

Small-leafed knotweed is a flagship plant of Chinese pharmacopoeia originating in China. Its vine has been used for centuries by TCM because of its soothing and relaxing properties.

Yuan zhi is recommended for people whose mind is agitated. It calms the Shen (Spirit), responsible for cognitive health, and soothes nervousness in order to alleviate difficulties in falling asleep and concentration. Thus, by deeply relaxing the body and calming restlessness, Yuan zhi stimulates memory and concentration and promotes sleep.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
