Description
Bloating Herbal Tea, or Zhang qi tang in Chinese, is a blend of plants intended to promote intestinal well-being.
Composed of four plants with digestive properties : Cardamom seeds (Bai dou kou), Peppermint (Bo he), Perilla leaves (Zi su ye) and Magnolia bark (Hou pu), the Bloating herbal tea improves digestion by warming the stomach and soothes discomfort such as gas and bloating.

Perilla frutescens 30 g, Mentha piperita 30 g, Elettaria cardamomum 20 g, Magnolia officinalis 20 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Serve after meals.
