Description
Zi sheng wan is a traditional formula that tones Qi and strengthens the Spleen, an organ essential to the digestive process in TCM. Thus, this formula promotes the absorption of nutrients and relieves fatigue caused by digestive laziness.
Zi sheng wan tones the digestive system to promote healthy and efficient digestion. By extension, it effectively reduces the feeling of fatigue that results from difficult digestion and gives a boost to the body to allow a renewal of energy.

Coix lacryma-jobi 420 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 420 mg, Panax ginseng 380 mg, Citrus reticulata 280 mg, Crataegus laevigata 280 mg, Poria cocos 210 mg, Dioscorea oppositifolia 210 mg, Hordeum vulgare 210 mg, Phaseolus vulgaris 140 mg, Nelumbo nucifera 140 mg, Platycodon grandiflorus 70 mg, Pogostemon cablin 70 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensi 70 mg, Coptis teeta 30 mg, Elettaria cardamomum 30 mg, Alisma plantago-aquatica 30 mg.
Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan
Usage
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants.
Prolonged use may irritate the stomach. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are being treated for diabetes or heart disease. Not recommended for people with liver problems.
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
