Shen ling bai zhu san is a traditional formula used in Chinese medicine to invigorate Qi, strengthen Spleen and Stomach Energy and transform trouble Dampness.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Poria cocos (sclérote) 390 mg, Panax ginseng 390 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 390 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 390 mg, Dioscorea oppositifolia 390 mg, Phaseolus vulgaris 300 mg, Nelumbo nucifera 210 mg, Coix lacryma-jobi 180 mg, Amomum villosum 180 mg, Platycodon grandiflorus 180 mg Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants or treatment for diabetes. Prolonged use may irritate the stomach. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.
