使用建议

如何服用 Qing Zhuo Tang？

简洁的胶囊服用方案，方便自然融入日常生活。

早晨 — 3 粒胶囊

用一大杯水送服 3 粒胶囊，建议在两餐之间服用，以帮助更好吸收。

晚上 — 3 粒胶囊

晚上同样服用 3 粒胶囊，仍建议在两餐之间服用，并配合一大杯水。

建议周期
