Bai he gu jin wan is a very common formula in Asia. It is one of the key formulas of traditional Chinese medicine.
In traditional Chinese medicine, a Yin deficiency in the Lungs can cause coughs and sore throats. Associated with excess heat, the risk of irritation in the throat increases. Bai he gu jin tang mainly nourishes the Yin and lubricates the Lungs, while acting on the Viscosity that parasitizes the respiratory tract. Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Rehmannia glutinosa 840 mg, Lilium brownii 520 mg, Ophiopogon japonicus 420 mg, Angelica sinensis 420 mg, Paeonia lactiflora 260 mg, Platycodon grandiflorus 260 mg, Scrophularia ningpoensis 140 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 140 mg aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Warnings
Prolonged use may irritate the stomach. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
