Knotgrass - Bian xu

Knotweed (Bian xu in Chinese) is a plant with white flowers little known to the general public. It is appreciated by the Chinese pharmacopoeia because of its benefits on the urinary system.

Indeed, Bian xu contributes to the elimination of excess water through the urinary tract. Thus, thanks to its draining action, it cleanses the urinary tract and purifies the body.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
