European white birch - Bouleau

Indeed, Birch leaves are recommended for their action on urinary discomfort : they promote urination, thus encouraging the elimination of toxins and the purification of the body. In addition, this draining action has beneficial effects on the skin : Birch leaves eliminate imperfections and gently cleanse the skin.

Take 15 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.
