Small-leaved Linden - Bractées de Tilleul

Tilia cordata, commonly known as the Small-leaved Linden tree, is cultivated throughout Europe and is also found in Asia.

Its bracts are recommended for their calming effect on the mind : they soothe torments and relax the body, thus facilitating the entry into sleep. Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat before serving.
