Body Tonifying Herbal Tea - Bu zhong yi qi cha

The Body Tonifying Herbal Tea, or Bu zhong yi qi cha, is an ancient preparation of traditional TCM that was developed with the purpose of strengthening energy and stimulating the immune system.

Thanks to its ingredients, this tea tonifies the Qi, strengthens the immune system and supports the proper functioning of the organs. Thus, it alleviates the feeling of tiredness and acts against the temporary weaknesses which occur when the natural defenses are decreased.

Astragalus membranaceus 30 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 15 g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15 g, Panax ginseng 9 g, Citrus reticulata 9 g, Cimicifuga racemosa 9 g, Bupleurum chinense 9 g, Angelica sinensis 4 g

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
