The Chervil is native to southern Russia. Full of vitamins but also rich in iron and calcium, the leaves of this plant are used in phytotherapy because of their benefits on digestion.
In general, it is recommended to take chervil before meals because it whets appetite. But if consumed after meals, it works on the digestive process : its soothes sensitivities coming from a poor digestion and stimulates the filter organs to encourage a better assimilation of food.

Herbal tea: Take 5 g of leaves and add 500 mL of water. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes over high heat before serving.
