Total of 300g, in 10 sachets of 30g: Ligustrum lucidum 27.3 g, Angelica sinensis 27.3 g, Astragalus membranaceus 27.3g, Saponaria officinalis 27.3 g, Saposhnikovia divaricata 27.3 g, Artemisia abrotanum 27.3 g, Zingiber officinale 27.3 g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 27.3 g, Citrus reticulata 27.3 g, Ligusticum striatum 27.3 g, Cinnamomum verum 27.3 g

Infuse a packet in hot water at 40-45°C. Immerse the feet and bathe in them for about 20 minutes. It is preferable that the water arrives at mid-calf level. It is advisable to bathe the feet in the evening before going to bed.
