The foot bath is an external method commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine. Chan hou hui fu bao is a foot bath preparation for women who have just given birth.
Composed of 12 Chinese plants, Chan hou hui fu bao acts on the meridians of the foot in order to expel the Cold and activate the Blood. Thus, this preparation promotes perspiration and the elimination of toxins and it improves postpartum recovery.
The small package contains 3 sachets of 30g, and the large package contains 10 sachets of 30g.

Usages
Prepare hot water: Place the sachet in water heated to between 80 and 100°C and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes to fully release the active ingredients from the plants. (You can remove the sachet or leave it in the basin. Avoid rubbing it to prevent damage.)
Adjust the water temperature: Allow the water to cool naturally to around 40-45°C, or add some cold water to adjust the temperature. (If the water cools during the foot bath, you can add hot water to maintain the temperature.)
Water level: Make sure the water fully covers your ankles for optimal effectiveness.
Duration of the foot bath: It is recommended to soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
Ideal time: Between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., or about 1 hour before bedtime.
Suggested frequency: Daily or every other day.
Tip: After the foot bath, take time to rest and avoid any intense activity immediately for the best results.
Warnings
Do not use in children under 12 years old. Oil stains may appear on the infusettes, they are the product of the condensation of oils from plants. This is not an alteration of the quality of the product. This product is contraindicated to people with cardiovascular disease.
