Description
The climbing ivy is a shrubby liana that can be found throughout Europe and the Near East. Indeed, it is known to dress the facades of walls and houses.
In Chinese medicine, climbing ivy (or Chang chun teng) is known to disperse wind, eliminate humidity and calm the liver. Thus, its use is recommended to preserve respiratory comfort, facilitate breathing and free the airways from mucus.

Herbal tea : Add 15 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat before serving.
