Broad leaf plantain - Che qian zi

Broad leaf Plantain, also called Asian Plantain, is a plant whose leaves are very popular in Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine.

Its seeds, Che qian zi, are renowned to relieve the disorders of urination thanks to their diuretic and detoxifying action. Indeed, they promote renal filtration and regulate the urinary flow. In addition, they relieve the diarrhea efficiently.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g of seeds in 500 mL of water, macerate for 20 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
