Szechuan lovage - Chuan xiong

Native to South Asia, Szechuan Lovage is one of the basic plants that TCM uses because of its soothing properties. Indeed, Chuan xiong is known to relieve headaches.

TCM, aware of its action on Blood and Qi, uses to soothe effectively headaches. In addition, because it disperses wind and purifies the skin, it has a soothing effect on skin sensitivities. Thus, Chuan xiong is an efficient solution to calm the sensitivities located at the level of the cranium and regain comfort.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Herbal tea : Place 10-15 g roots in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
