Caltrop - Ci ji li

The Caltrop or Ci ji li, also called Maltese Cross, is a flagship plant of Asian pharmacopeias, well known for centuries for its many benefits on man's vitality.

In TCM, Ci ji li is mainly recommended to stimulate libido, favor fertility and improve sexual performance. This herb relieves erectile dysfunction and increases endurance to improve sexual performance.

In addition, Ci ji li is also recommended for athletes who wish to increase their physical performance.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Herbal tea: Place 10-15 g of fruit in 500 mL of water, macerate for 20 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
