• Pour boiling water (around 90–95 °C).
• Let steep for 5 minutes, then enjoy warm.

Respiration Formula - Bi Yan Pian:

• Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening with a glass of water, preferably at the beginning of meals.
