Er chen he san zi yang qin wan is a dietary supplement that strengthens the spleen to evacuate phlegm and regulate Qi to harmonize the energy in the body. It is a combination of two famous formulas: Er chen he tang and San zi yang qin tang. This formula is used to relieve certain symptoms such as a heavy voice, white or greyish mucus, full lungs, and general fatigue.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Wolfiporia cocos 784 mg, Citrus reticulata 580 mg, Perilla frutescens 409 mg, Raphanus sativus 409 mg, Zingiber officinale 273 mg, Sinapis alba 239 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 205 mg, Prunus mume 102 mg, Extract aqueous dry powder concentrate, titrated 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
