Description
Siler is a plant native to Asia that is little known in the West. Fang feng, its root, is well known for clarifying Heat which can become toxic when present in excess in the body.
Thus, Fang feng protects the body and purifies the organism: it improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails. In addition, it contributes to joint health.

Usage
Herbal tea : Add 5-10 g of roots to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
