Description
Japanese Catnip, called Jing jie sue in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia. As its name suggests, it is given to cats for its euphoric effects but these are not its only virtues since traditional Chinese medicine recommends it to soothe the cold snap.
In Chinese medicine, Jing jie sue is used to relieve the effects of the Wind-Cold duo. Thus, it soothes the throat and the head and helps to liberate the airways. It is an ally to live well the cold seasons.
Composition

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
