Japanese Catnip, called Jing jie sue in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia. As its name suggests, it is given to cats for its euphoric effects but these are not its only virtues since traditional Chinese medicine recommends it to soothe the cold snap.

In Chinese medicine, Jing jie sue is used to relieve the effects of the Wind-Cold duo. Thus, it soothes the throat and the head and helps to liberate the airways. It is an ally to live well the cold seasons.
