Description
Japanese Catnip, called Jing jie sui in Chinese, is a plant native to Asia. As its name suggests, it is given to cats for its euphoric effects but these are not its only virtues since traditional Chinese medicine recommends it to soothe the cold snap.
In Chinese medicine, Jing jie sui is used to relieve the effects of the Wind-Cold duo. Thus, it soothes the throat and the head and helps to liberate the airways. It is an ally to live well the cold seasons.

Usage
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Place 10-20 grams of herb in 500 mL of water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes before serving.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
