Goji berries - Gou qi zi

Goji is a key plant in the Chinese pharmacopoeia: its roots and berries have been used for centuries for their health benefits. Today very popular in Europe, Goji berries (Gou qi zi) nicknamed « fruits of eternal youth » are recommended to rejuvenate the body.

Indeed, Gou qi zi is ideal for regaining vigor and youth. It helps to slow down cell aging and prevents the signs of aging (wrinkles, skin spots, puffiness, musculoskeletal sensitivities). As an infusion, Goji berries are known to detoxify the body. Thus, they are ideal for keeping the body young and healthy.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
