Black sesame - Hei zhi ma

Sesame is a plant mainly grown in the tropical regions of Africa and Asia. Very popular in Asian cuisine, black sesame is recognizable by its intense taste ; its seeds (Hei zhi ma) have been used for centuries for their digestive properties.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Hei zhi ma is known to promote the digestive system and lubricate the intestines. In other words, sesame seeds improve transit. In addition, they are recommended to stimulate memory and their antioxidant activity contributes to preserve the vitality of the organism.

Use in salads or cooking

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
