Description
Safflower, also called bastard saffron, is a plant native to the Middle East. Safflower flowers (Hong hua in Chinese) produce a yellow-red color that has long been used for clothing and food.
In traditional Chinese medicine, Hong Hua invigorates the Blood and dissolves Stasis. Thus, it helps to soothe sensitivities caused by poor circulation. Hong Hua is a natural aid to relieve heavy legs and it allows the return of comfort.

Usage
Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
