Who is it for?

Are you going through a period of fatigue or low energy?

When the days follow one another, when sleep is no longer enough to bring back your usual energy or when you feel physically less dynamic, Rhodiola crenulata accompanies these periods of low form.

Do you ask a lot of your body?

Regular sport, hiking, sustained physical activity, physical work or particularly long days: it finds its place when effort is prolonged and energy needs increase.

Does your fatigue come with a sensation of slowing down or heaviness?

In TCM, its profile combining Qi and Blood circulation is particularly interesting when the lack of energy comes with a sensation of stagnation, heaviness or lack of drive.

Rhodiola crenulata or Rhodiola rosea: what is the difference?

They both belong to the genus Rhodiola, but they are two different botanical species, with distinct natural profiles and traditions of use.

Rhodiola crenulata: the rhodiola of the Chinese tradition

Known in China as Da Hua Hong Jing Tian, it is particularly linked to the high plateaus of Asia and to Chinese medicine. Its traditional use places more emphasis on the Qi, Blood circulation, vitality and periods of intense physical demand.

Rhodiola rosea: the best-known rhodiola in Europe

More widespread in European food supplements, it is above all known as an adaptogenic plant, particularly during periods when stress, physical and mental fatigue and an intense pace combine.

Their composition also differs: Rhodiola crenulata is notably characterised by salidroside, whereas Rhodiola rosea is notably distinguished by its rosavins.

Directions for use

  • Herbal tea: Place 10-15 g of roots in 500 mL of water. Soak for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and let simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Precautions of use

Provided they are kept dry and away from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults over 18. The use of this food supplement must not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. In case of medical treatment, seek advice from a healthcare professional before use.
