Lion's Mane - Hou tou gu

Lion's Mane (Hou tou gu in Chinese) is a mushroom that grows in very humid forests.

Highly prized in cooking, it is especially used in Asia to promote longevity and its benefits for the body: it strengthens the organism, supports sight and hearing and preserves brain capacity. It thus contributes to lifelong health.

Herbal tea: Macerate a few pieces of mushrooms in 1L of lukewarm water for 55 minutes, until the mushrooms swell and soften. Discard the water and use the cooked mushrooms to prepare your dishes.
