Maitake, or Hui shu hua in Chinese, is a mushroom used in Chinese cooking but also by the traditional medicine for its fortifying properties, indeed it invigorates the body and the immune system.

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Macerate a few mushrooms in 1L of lukewarm water for 10 minutes until the mushrooms swell and soften. Discard the water and use the cooked mushrooms to prepare your dishes.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
