Maitake, or Hui shu hua in Chinese, is a mushroom used in Chinese cooking but also by the traditional medicine for its fortifying properties, indeed it invigorates the body and the immune system.

Usage
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Herbal tea : Soak a few mushrooms in 1 liter of warm water for 10 minutes until they swell and soften. Then drain the water from the mushrooms and use them in your favorite dishes.
