Almond mushroom - Ji song rong

Agaric, or Ji song rong in Chinese, is a mushroom with very valuable culinary and medicinal qualities.

Native to Brazil, it is called in its native land the "Holy Mushroom", a name that reflects its importance. Well known for being an excellent natural drainer, Ji song rong is recommended to eliminate toxins from the body and to strengthen the Qi. Thus, it deeply cleanses the body, stimulates the natural defenses and prevents dysfunctions.

Herbal tea : Macerate a few mushrooms in 1L of lukewarm water for 65 minutes until the mushrooms swell and soften. Discard the water and use the cooked mushrooms to prepare your dishes.
