Ji xue teng refers to the Millettia root and vine, a type of plant that grows in the tropical climate of southern China. In Asia, it is used for its multiple benefits on sensitive joints.

Indeed, in TCM, Ji xue teng acts on the joints by stimulating blood. Due to its soothing properties, thisplant improves the body's response to joint discomfort and calms sensitivity. In addition, Ji xue teng relives fragile joints and promotes the tendons flexibility for optimal mobility.

Advice for use

Herbal tea : Add 15 g of stems to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat before serving.

  • Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
  • Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Precautions for use

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
