Jia wei xiao yao san est une version modifiée de la célèbre formule Xiao yao wan. Elle apaise les états de stress, d’irritabilité, et de sautes d’humeur dus à une tension prémenstruelle.
En médecine traditionnelle chinoise, le Foie est l’organe responsable des émotions. Ainsi, en favorisant la bonne circulation du Qi dans le Foie, la formule va agir de manière à limiter les déséquilibres émotionnels. De plus, ces bienfaits sur la Rate et le Sang lui confèrent une action stimulante sur la circulation sanguine. Ainsi, Jia wei xiao yao san contribue à la régulation du cycle menstruel, elle apaise les crampes abdominales et autres inconforts associés aux règles.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g):
Paeonia lactiflora 510 mg, Paeonia suffruticosa 360 mg, Bupleurum chinense 360 mg, Poria cocos 360 mg, Angelica sinensis 360 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 360 mg, Gardenia jasminoides 270 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 240 mg, Zingiber officinale 120 mg, Mentha piperita 60 mg.
Aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan
Usage
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulant or diabetic medication at the same time.
Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.
Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or for people allergic to menthol.
Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults over 18 years old.
