Cold Snap Herbal Tea, or Jing fang bai du san, is made up of about ten chinese plants : root of Bupleurum (Chai hu), Striped lovage (Chuan xiong), Notopterygium incisum (Qiang huo), Liquorice root (Gan cao), Angelica (Du huo), Silère (Fang feng), Dried Balloon Flower Root (Jie geng), Poria (Fu ling), Lemon three leaves (Zhi qiao), Japanese catnip (Jing jie sui) and Peucedanum praeruptorum (Qian hu).

This herbal tea has been designed to help overcome cold snaps. It tonify the Qi, strengthens immunity and soothes the respiratory tract.

Notopterygium incisum 9,5 g, Bupleurum chinense 9,5 g, Peucedanum praeruptorum 9,5 g, Angelica pubescens 9,5 g, Citrus medica 9,5 g, Wolfiporia cocos 9,5 g, Schizonepeta tenuifolia 9,5 g, Saposhnikovia divaricata 9,5 g, Platycodon grandiflorus 9,5 g, Ligusticum striatum 9,5 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 5 g.

Herbal tea : Add 500 mL of water to two tablespoons (about 20 g) of the mixture, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat before serving. As a cure : drink one cup a day until the end of the bag.
