Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Add 300 mL water to 5-10 g, macerate for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat. Serve morning and evening. Do not consume the plant directly; instead, drink the plant extract.
