Reishi mushroom - Ling zhi

Ganoderma, best known as Reishi, is a very popular mushroom in Asia. It is mentioned in the oldest work of the Chinese pharmacopoeia and traditional medicine recommends it to tone the Qi.

Indeed, Reishi is considered a vital energy tonic. In addition to strengthening the body and stimulating immunity and the liver, it helps maintain good blood circulation and helps reduce cholesterol levels. It is therefore a precious ally to get back in shape.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Add 300 mL water to 5-10 g, macerate for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat. Serve morning and evening. Do not consume the plant directly; instead, drink the plant extract.

Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for children over 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
