Vitex Trifolia is naturally found along coastlines from tropical East Africa as far as Frecnh Polynesia.The seeds of this tree, also called Simpleleaf Chastree are renowned for their benefits on their eyes.

According to TCM, Man jing zi is recommended to scatter the Wind and clarify the Heat, because these elements are responsible for different discomforts of the eyes (red, painful, swollen, dry eyes, etc.) but also they may cause headaches. Man jing zi soothes eyes irritations and reduces eye strain to ensure an optimal eye comfort.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

• Place 10-15 g of seeds in 500 mL of water, macerate for 20 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
