Horse chestnut - Marron d'Inde

The Horse Chestnut is a tall tree native to the Balkans. Its seed, contained in a capsule and very similar to the chestnut, is called the Horse Chestnut.

Appreciated for its stimulating properties on venous circulation, Horse Chestnut is recommended by herbal medicine to decongest tissues, relieve edema and reduce bruises. In addition, it acts on the tone of the veins so as to calm bleeding and it promotes blood circulation which gives it a soothing action on the sensation of heavy legs.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of fruit to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat before serving.

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
