Nao li bao wan is a traditional preparation recommended by Chinese pharmacopoeia to calm torments that threaten inner peace. It is one of the formulas that calm the spirit in TCM.
Nao li bao wan is composed of several plants that act in synergy to effectively calm anxious minds. Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) :
Poria cocos 600 mg, Acorus calamus 600 mg, Polygala tenuifolia 600 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa 150 mg, Schisandra chinensis 300 mg, Lycium barbarum 300 mg, Cuscuta chinensis 300 mg, Ligusticum striatum 150 mg
Extract aqueous dry powder concentrate, titrated 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
