Butcher's broom - Petit-Houx

The Fragon or "Butcher's broom" is a thorny bush native to the Mediterranean regions. Very common in Europe and known since Antiquity, the root of Fragon is appreciated for its benefits on circulatory comfort.

Indeed, it has stimulating and toning properties that promote blood circulation in the limbs so as to soothe the feeling of heavy legs. In addition, it strengthens the tone of the veins and prevents their dilation. Thus, the butcher's root contributes to soothe hemorrhoidal crises and it allows the return of venous comfort.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
