Gypsum ustum 21 g, Bupleurum chinense 17 g, Alisma plantago-aquatica 15 g, Dioscorea oppositifolia 12g, Prunus armeniaca 9 g, Cinnamomum verum 9g, Alisma plantago-aquatica 9 g, Polyporus umbellatus 9 g, Atractylodes macrocephala 9g, Pinellia ternata 9g, Zingiber officinale 9g, Aster tataricus 9 g, Tussilago farfara 9, Belamcanda chinensis 9g, Pogostemon cablin 9g, Citrus aurantium 6 g, Scutellaria baicalensis 6g, Citrus reticulata 6g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 6g.

Herbal tea : Leave the entire sachet to macerate for 20 minutes. Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes. Filter and drink. Plants can be reused without macerating.
