Queen of the Meadow - Reine-des-Près

Queen of the Meadow, was also called Spirea, is native to Europe it has been cultivated since the Middle Age for therapeutic reasons. Considered as a « magic plant » it was used to alleviate all sorts of headaches.

The flowery tips of the Queen of meadows have soothing properties that help to alleviate the sensitive joints and to relax muscles to soothe cramps and stiffness. They promote miction to help drain the body and to maintain healthy joints.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
