Shu gan he wei wan is a formula developed by TCM whose action is mainly focused on the Liver, the organ responsible for emotions, and the Stomach. It is well known for promoting digestive comfort and relieving mood swings.

The synergistic action of the ingredients in Shu gan he wei wan gives it powerful effects on the mind: it soothes hyper-emotionality and calms stress and irritation to promote inner peace. Moreover, because Shu gan he wei wan also acts on the stomach, it effectively soothes digestive sensitivities caused by stress.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Citrus medica 840 mg, Citrus reticulata 420 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 340 mg, Cyperus rotundus 270 mg, Lindera aggregata 260 mg, Paeonia lactiflora 260 mg, Raphanus sativus 260 mg, Pogostemon cablin 190 mg, Bupleurum chinense 80 mg, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 80 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Not recommended for prolonged use
