Si wu tang

Si wu tang or Post-Menstrual Herbal Tea is a famous formula known throughout East Asia for its benefits on the blood system. Traditionally used to stimulate blood regeneration, it is often recommended to women to improve their post-menstrual recovery.

Si wu tang is an exceptional Blood tonic : it promotes blood regeneration and tonifies the Qi. Thus, this formula is recommended to regain tone after a period of difficult menstruation or after heavy periods.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Angelica sinensis 750 mg, Ligusticum striatum 600 mg, Paeonia lactiflora 750 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa 450 mg, Rehmannia glutinosa 450 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

It is strongly advised not to use this formula before the end of the rules.
