Tong qiao xiao yao san

Tong qiao xiao yao san is a traditional formula renowned for its soothing properties on the Mind : it promotes calm by effectively dispelling nervousness and stress.

By promoting tranquility, this formula increases the ability to concentrate and improves memory. It is therefore generally recommended to cope with exam periods or to soothe temporary anxiety.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Glycyrrhiza uralensi 205 mg, Angelica sinensis 308 mg, Wolfiporia cocos 308 mg, Paeonia lactiflora 308 mg, Atractylodes macrocephala 308 mg, Bupleurum chinense 308 mg, Zingiber officinale 205 mg, Mentha x piperita 103 mg, Gentiana lutea 123 mg, Tribulus terrestris 205 mg, Vitex trifolia 205 mg, Magnolia officinalis 205 mg, Schisandra chinensis 205 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants, treatment against diabetes or hypertension. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.

Not recommended in cases of high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, liver failure, or any disturbance of hydro-electrolyte balance. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication.

Not recommended in cases of gastro-oesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary disorders (gallstones) and/or liver disorders, or for people allergic to menthol.
