Description

Agrimony (Xian he cao) is a plant native to Asia known for its yellow flowers.

In TMC, Xian he cao is well known for its healing properties : it acts on blood circulation to effectively calm bleeding. A true Qi and Blood tonic, it is an ally to live the period of menstruation serenely.

Usage

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.

  • Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
  • Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Precautions for use

Keep dry and protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplement not recommended for children under 12 years old. The use of this dietary supplement should not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
