Description
Fennel comes from Mediterranean Basin and is a well-known plant for its bulb commonly used in seafood cooking. However, TCM uses its seeds (Xiao hui xiang in Chinese) for its digestive benefits. Xiao hui xiang is often used as a herbal tea preparation after meals for soothing digestive system and promoting digestion.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of plants to 500 mL of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat before serving.

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
