Description
Lindera root (Wu yao in Chinese) refers to the root of a tree native to East Asia. Traditional Chinese medicine has been using it for many years to soothe stomach discomfort, and in particular to help women live their period better.
In Chinese pharmacopoeia, Wu yao is one of the plants that promote the circulation of Qi (Vital Energy). By unblocking stagnations, Wu yao soothes period-related discomfort. She is an ally who promotes female well-being.
Composition

Advice for use
Herbal tea : Add 10 g of roots to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
- Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
- Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
Precautions for use
Store away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplement reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
