Asian corydalis - Yan hu suo

The Asian corydalis is native to high-altitude grasslands across China and widely cultivated. The TCM has been using its rhizomes for numerous years to soothe womb pains and the feeling of oppression in the chest.

Yan hu suo is a plant well-known by TCM for invigorating blood and dissolving the stasis. It is recommended to soothe all sorts of diverse pains in particular the menstrual cramps. It helps to regulate the cycle and soothes the womb bloating. In addition, it is recommended to use Yan hu suo to soothe the thoracic discomforts and the feeling of oppression in the chest.

Herbal tea : Add 10 g of rhizome to 500 mL of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat before serving.
