The Indian chrysanthemum, or Ye ju hua, is a wild plant from the Zhejiang region, eastern province of China.

EIn traditional Chinese medicine, Ye ju hua is a plant that fights the presence of toxic Fire, an excess of Heat that disturbs the body and causes certain discomforts, especially skin discomfort. It contributes to the elimination of toxins from the body and purifies the lungs so as to promote respiratory comfort.

Herbal tea : Infuse 5 g of flowers in a large cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.
