Yuan zhi chang pu san is a traditional formula recommended for young people for its action on concentration and memory.
Ideal for students, Yuan zhi chang pu san has soothing properties that relax the mind in order to mobilize optimal concentration. In addition, this formula stimulates memory, strengthens intellectual abilities and acts on the Heart (which houses the Mind in TCM) so as to relieve minor torments that could disturb concentration.

Composition for 6 capsules (3 g) : Polygala tenuifolia 1000 mg, Wolfiporia cocos 1000 mg, Acorus calamus 1000 mg, aqueous dry extract in concentrated powder, titrated at 1:5, vegetable capsules in pullulan

Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.
