Water Plantain is a plant that grows in shallow waters around the world. Its Asian variant, Oriental Plantain (or Ze xie fu chao) is known for its draining and depurative properties.

Indeed, known to effectively eliminate excess water, Ze xie fu chao is a major solution against water retention. In addition, it encourages urination, thus allowing the evacuation of toxins and a complete purification of the body.

• Concentrated powder : two pods (3g) to be taken morning and evening outside of meals. Dilute the dose of powder in a small cup of boiling water, mix well and drink.

• Capsules : Swallow three capsules with a large glass of water morning and evening outside of meals.

Place 10-15 g rhizomes in 500 mL water. Steep for 10 minutes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
